Position: Lead Sous Chef - Fine Dining, Growth & Perks
A leading upscale restaurant is seeking a Sous Chef to ensure guest satisfaction through a hands-on management style. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the back-of-house staff and maintain high standards in food quality and safety. With at least 2 years of culinary management experience in upscale dining, strong leadership, and communication skills are essential. A graduate of an accredited culinary programme is a plus.

This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $70,000 to $75,000 annually.
