Cook Full Time – Double Tree by Hilton Boston Bayside

We are hiring a Cook to prepare high‑quality food items in our hotel kitchen. This is a full‑time position, PM (dinner) shift, with an hourly pay range of $25–$27 based on experience.

• Follow recipes and kitchen standards to prepare menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and food‑sanitation standards at all times.
• Manage guest orders promptly and friendly.
• Know the menu and all food products.
• Stock and maintain the designated food station(s).
• Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen.
• Practice correct food handling and storage procedures per regulations.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed.

• Prior culinary experience in a hospitality kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
