The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Culinary Management experience, strong knowledge of back of house operations, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities include training staff, managing inventory, and maintaining sanitation procedures. Competitive salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 per year, with benefits including paid time off and health plans.
