Located in the heart of the Back Bay, Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston’s glass skyscraper soars above the city as the third tallest building in Boston. The hotel’s 215 spacious guest rooms and suites feature floor‑to‑ceiling windows with views across the city. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess keen attention to detail to join our One + One team as a Food Runner. This role offers an exciting chance to work in one of Boston’s most luxurious hotels.

• Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and setting up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons standards to ensure superior service.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
• Assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set‑up of buffets and food stations.
• Assist culinary teams in cleaning of kitchen areas.
• Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays.

• Education:
  
  High school education or equivalent experience.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum one year of food service or related work.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray; accurately read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
