Position: Lead Second Cook - High-Volume Institutional Kitchen
A private Jesuit university is seeking a Second Cook to prepare large quantities of food for dining and catered events. The candidate will be responsible for kitchen organization and will assist in training junior staff. Ideal applicants should possess a high school diploma and certifications like NRA Serv Safe.
