Executive Chef, High-End Restaurant Group
Salary: $115,000–$130,000
Boston, MA
We’re partnering with a growing, well-known restaurant group to find an experienced Executive Chef to lead a high‑end, high‑volume steakhouse kitchen. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a chef who values quality, systems, and team development.
The Role- Lead all back‑of‑house operations and kitchen teams
- Drive menu execution, food quality, and consistency
- Manage food & labor costs, inventory, and ordering
- Train, mentor, and develop strong kitchen leadership
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
- Extensive experience in an Executive Chef or senior kitchen leadership role
- High‑end or chef‑driven restaurant experience required
- New opening experience a plus!
- Strong cost control and operational skills
- Confident, professional, and hands‑on leadership style
- Major growth ahead – multiple new openings planned this year
