Servers at Uptown Social are experience guides. You are responsible for delivering thoughtful, attentive service while helping guests feel welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their visit. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to move with the rhythm of a dynamic, live-entertainment environment.

• Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive table service
• Guide guests through the menu, cocktails, and nightly programming
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service area
• Process payments accurately using POS systems
• Contribute to a collaborative, guest-first team culture

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
• Prior serving experience preferred but not required
• Appreciation for food, music, and hospitality culture
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
