At 15 Necco Street (Platinum LEED-certified – a natural fit for our commitment to sustainability and our B-Corp values), we'll have space for 200+ guests, private dining and event spaces, a bar program recognized by the James Beard Foundation and Tales of the Cocktail, sweeping views across Fort Point Channel, and an outdoor terrace made for long lunches and celebratory dinners.

We're looking for experienced Bartenders to join our team and help us open our third US restaurant.

As a Hawksmoor Bartender, youplay a key role in the smooth and successful operation of the bar.

Youare responsible forconsistentlydelivering

Hawksmoor’s servicestandardsand creating outstanding guest experiences. Working closely with the wider team, you help ensure every drink is served at itsbest,and every guest feels genuinely looked after.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare all Hawksmoormenu drinks & classic cocktails confidently and accurately.
• Build rounds efficiently, ensuring drinks are served promptly andatoptimalquality.
• Make knowledgeable and engaging recommendations across cocktails, spirits (including whiskey), wine, and beer.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the food menu to confidently guide guest choices.
• Keep the back bar and bar top clean, organized, and visually appealing throughout service.
• Follow Hawksmoor Steps  of Service and service standards consistently.
• Maintain up-to-date menu knowledge and handle guest feedback, complaints, or quality issues with confidence and professionalism.
• Actively contribute ideas for menu development, events, and bar initiatives.

• Embody Hawksmoor’svalues with a positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
• Seek out, welcome,and act on feedback from peers and managers.
• Support other team members during service and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Show genuine care forboththe team and theoverallguest experience.
• Complete End of Night shift reports accurately and on time.

• Adhere toall allergy awareness, cleanliness, and food safety procedures.
• Complete all requiredtrainingand consistently uphold hygiene standards.
• Followallopening & closing checkliststomaintaina safe and compliant bar environment.

• Manage timeeffectivelyto support team priorities anddailyoperational needs.
• Understands comps, promotions, and their impact on budgets and business performance.
• Recognize howerrorsaffect both guest experience andthe wider business.
• Compile non-consumable orders for management as required.
• Understandsandfollow stock rotation and storage procedures.
• Actively work to reduce waste and improve efficiency behind the bar.
• Comply with lateness and absence policies.
