,the Lyons Group's largest restaurant, is in need of a strong, creative
sous chef
. This French Brasserie has an ever-evolving menu and four beautiful rooms served by two kitchens, including an upstairs open kitchen with massive wood fired grill.
Candidates must have great communication skills, a strong cooking background, basic computer skills and a great attitude. Most of all an eagerness to learn and grow with us.
