Cuppa Coffee in Boston is looking for two experienced baristas with espresso coffee experience to join our team of 5. We are located at 57 Traveler St and One Merrimac St, Boston. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Cafe staffing
- Work on shift without supervision
- Cafe operations
- Maintain best practices
- Be reliable
- Keyholder responsibilities
- Create a friendly experience for customers
- Restocking and cleaning
- Staff training
Qualifications
- PIC certification is an advantage
- At least 1 year of experience
- Ability to make quality espresso-based drinks
- Ability to multitask
- Work well in a busy environment
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Friendly and effective selling techniques
- Skilled barista (not just a coffee pourer)
