The Halal Shack Inc. is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager to lead our fast-casual restaurant during a 32-week operational season.
You will oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage budgeting, scheduling, and mentor a high-performing team, with overtime opportunities during peak times.
Off-season includes a significant unpaid break, with a schedule typically Sunday through Friday and up to 60 hours weekly during the season.
