• Optimize the in-store consumer journey by executing visual merchandising strategies, product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing within New Balance stores.
• Dedicates 20 hours per week (2–3 days) specifically to visual updates and integrates with general retail operations for the remainder of scheduled hours.
• Collaborate on VM implementation, assist with in-store training, and translate seasonal visual learnings to foster store-wide visual excellence.
