Stylist Boston Seaport

Beyond Yoga is a female-founded, premium active lifestyle brand started in 2005 in Los Angeles. We’re looking for a Sales Stylist to bring the brand to life inside a physical space—leading with intention, driving business results, and building meaningful connections in the community. Position:
Sales Stylist (Boston, MA – Beyond Yoga Seaport).

Employment type:

Part-time. The salary range is provided below and may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications.

• Drives Results through Customer Experience & Community Building:
  Execute initiatives to exceed sales goals, increase traffic, and improve key performance indicators.
• Deliver a hospitality-driven culture where every customer feels seen, heard, and valued.
• Provide a consistent, elevated experience rooted in authentic connection, with deep product knowledge, and convert based on fabric, fit, and function.
• Assist in growing brand loyalty through in-store events, community pop-ups, and clienteling.
• Deliver Merchandising & Operational Excellence:
  Maintain store standards, follow standard operating procedures, and comply with company policies.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness and adhere to health & safety protocols.
• Culture & Accountability:
  Contribute to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, accountability, feedback, and celebration.

• Retail experience, preferably in apparel or active wear. High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service and wellness.
• Flexible schedule availability to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform all essential job functions, maneuver around the sales floor, stock room and office, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.

The salary range for this role is $17.30 to $28.80 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications. Current LS&Co employees should apply via Workday.
