We are seeking an energetic and friendly Salon Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our vibrant salon. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service from the moment they walk through the door. Your positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will help create a warm and organized environment that keeps our clients coming back.

Our Salon is open to the public Wednesday to Saturday. We are looking for a receptionist that is available to work Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays (Wednesdays and Saturdays are the days we are very interested in for availability!)

Duties- Greet clients and check them in efficiently using our Mindbody (soon to be Varago) system
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirm upcoming bookings for all the Stylists
- Answer all incoming phone calls, providing information or directing inquiries appropriately
- Sell salon products and services
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Restock retail shelves and Coffee/Drink area, ensuring displays are attractive and organized
- Assist with inventory management by stocking products and maintaining inventory on our POS system
- Support stylists by being attentive, assisting with their client's needs, and providing an enthusiastic and pleasant atmosphere
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Mindbody or Varago, cashiering, retail sales, and merchandising techniques (Not required but is a plus!)
- Experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive client interactions
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
