• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Accurately process cash, credit, and digital transactions
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow cash-handling procedures
• Answer basic customer questions about products, pricing, and policies
• Keep checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
• Receive, unpack, and properly store inventory
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to company standards
• Rotate products using FIFO methods where applicable
• Monitor stock levels and report low or missing items to management
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of sales floor, storage areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Support team members during busy periods and complete additional tasks as needed

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Previous cashier or retail/restaurant experience preferred but not required

• Accurate and efficient transaction processing
• Consistently organized and fully stocked work areas
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Adherence to attendance, safety, and cash-handling policies
