*** Client Experience & Sales
* • Welcome clients and create a warm, elevated environment  
• Share product knowledge in a personalized and inspiring way  
• Support omni-channel selling and promote the At-Your
-Service program  
• Recommend products based on client preferences and brand expertise  
• Achieve individual and boutique sales goals
* Client Relationships
* • Build and maintain a strong client base through personalized outreach  
• Use digital tools to stay connected and follow up with clients  
• Take initiative to grow business beyond the boutique
* Boutique Operations
* • Support daily operations including stock, merchandising, and cleanliness  
• Follow company policies and complete opening/closing procedures  
• Assist with visual merchandising and inventory management
* Team Collaboration
* • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture  
• Partner with colleagues to deliver exceptional service  
• Communicate effectively and support team goals
* Qualifications
* • Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or beauty  
• Strong communication and organizational skills  
• Passion for fragrance, beauty, and client connection  
• Comfort with digital tools and Microsoft Office  
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
