The Assistant Boutique Manager supports the Boutique Manager in achieving business goals and leading day-to-day boutique operations. This role contributes to team development, client development, and exceptional service while working on the sales floor.
Responsibilities- Support business planning and goal achievement through sales monitoring, KPI action plans, activation calendars, pipeline management, and outreach planning.
- Lead daily boutique operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, back-of-house organization, hospitality replenishment, vendor management, reporting, and compliance.
- Coach and mentor team members to develop performance.
- Collaborate on client development strategy and CRM action plans.
- Serve clients on the sales floor, contribute to monthly targets, and build long-term relationships.
- At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail or equivalent.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-centric skills.
- Business-driven, analytical, self-managing, and collaborative approach.
- Ability to lead and manage, with strong client experience and satisfaction skills.
- Outgoing and open personality.
