Monitors shortage results, conducts investigations into internal and external theft, and supports shortage control and store safety programs at a Saks Fifth Avenue location. Works under the direction of the Asset Protection Manager or Assistant General Manager of Operations.
Responsibilities- Train store associates on awareness and asset protection procedures.
- Oversee daily and monthly reports and audits to maintain physical inventory integrity.
- Organize and conduct annual store inventory.
- Develop shortage strategies for merchandise groups, paperwork controls, and shortage awareness.
- Conduct investigations and apprehensions related to internal and external theft.
- At least 2 years of asset protection experience in a large-volume retail environment.
- Certification where required by jurisdiction.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Wicklander-Zulawski certification.
