The Merchandise Operations Associate supports store operations and helps deliver a smooth, client-focused luxury shopping experience. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, flexibility, and professional communication.
Responsibilities- Support store operations while following policies and procedures that safeguard clients, associates, and company assets.
- Assist with delivery and client service needs, including navigating city routes when driving is required.
- Support inventory, security, and operational audit activities as needed.
- Help colleagues resolve problems and prioritize daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent driving record and ability to navigate city streets when driving is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word, with the ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.
- Flexible, dependable, and able to maintain a professional demeanor in challenging situations.
