You don't need to know everything about hardware. If you have a great attitude, enjoy helping customers, and are willing to learn, we'd love to meet you!

• Greet customers and make them feel welcome
• Ring up purchases accurately and efficiently
• Answer questions and help customers find what they need
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism
• Keep the checkout area clean, stocked, and organized
• Work alongside teammates to keep things running smoothly
• Turn everyday interactions into great customer experiences

Requirements

• 1+ year of cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to learn and use a POS/register system
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand and walk throughout your shift
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

Hardware experience? Great! No hardware experience? That's okay, too. We're happy to train someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
