Eataly Boston is hiring a Butcher/Fish Artisan to attend to meat preparation needs, reporting to the Fresh Market Manager. You will clean, cut, weigh, package and label meat and fish to Eataly’s high-quality standards.
You will provide outstanding customer service, help guests select products, and share knowledge of preparation and cooking techniques. You will also keep the counter stocked, neat, and compliant with health standards; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
