Techno Functional Consultant; NCR StorePoint

The Client Store Point Techno Functional Consultant supports all back‑office functions including pricebook, promotions, store and vendor setup, daily sales reconciliation, fuel data, and integration with other store applications.

• Serve as SME for Client Store Point POS and back‑office (Pricebook, Inventory, Vendors, Fuel, Reports)
• Perform item master, PLU, pricing, cost, and promo updates
• Maintain store parameters, registers, devices, and configuration settings
• Handle vendor setup, invoices, receiving, and inventory adjustments
• Validate sales, tax, and deposit
• Support daily BO workflows: EOD, financials, data sync validations
• Troubleshoot store‑level discrepancies in sales, promotions, fuel variances

• Support L3 analysis for Store Point failures, sync issues, or batch job failures
• Debug Store Point logs, SQL records, import/export processes
• Monitor and fix integrations issues
• Validate Store Point upgrade patches in test/lower environments
• Create and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and data corrections
• Perform RCA for recurring BO issues or repeated store discrepancies

• Oversee deployment of pricebook updates across regions/stores
• Provide support during store openings, migrations, mass item changes, or new rollouts
• Maintain SOPs and process documentation for Store Point workflows
• Coordinate with business teams on inventory, vendor, and fuel management processes
• Support compliance reporting and reconciliation routines

• Strong expertise in Client Store Point modules (Pricebook, Vendors, Fuel, Inventory)
• Hands‑on experience in data sync, item management, and store operations workflows
• Experience with SQL, XML file analysis, and Store Point job framework
• Retail convenience / fuel domain experience preferred
