Job Description:- Oversee a team of strategic account managers focused on renewal, retention, and upsell within their book of business.
- Coach and support the team on renewing their annual subscription as well as upselling consulting and advisory services.
- Act as a trusted resource that can understand client needs and objectives, drive business plans, and flag any potential at‑risk accounts that need escalation.
- 5+ years of experience carrying a quota and exceeding individual sales goals within a service-based or consultative sales environment.
- 3+ years managing a team of account managers or inside sales professionals.
- Previous experience working within the tech or security space preferred.
- Confidence and ability to facilitate executive-level conversations around various topics with subject‑matter experts.
Hybrid work environment; reporting to a Boston-based office 2-3 times per week. Travel 25% within Territory as needed.
