What you’ll be doing- Generate retail sales by combining passion for technology with exceptional customer service.
- Discover customers’ needs through connections and insightful questions.
- Recommend product insights and solutions for a complete sales experience.
- Close sales with clear communication to fulfill customer needs.
- Develop operational skills through training in merchandising and inventory.
- Grow your customer base via outbound calls and text messages to existing Verizon customers.
- Engage with the community at off‑site Verizon events.
- Competitive base pay $16.00–$21.00 per hour, plus up to $16,000 in commissions.

Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Bilingual fluency in English and one of Cantonese or Mandarin.
- ≥1 year relevant experience (work or military).
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
- Openness to picking up extra shifts during peak periods.
Even better if you have:
- Commission‑based sales experience.
- Customer‑facing sales experience.
- Customer service experience.
You may be required to complete a short assessment (~19 minutes). If selected, a recruiter will contact you.
