Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll navigate real-time iteration, paddle through challenging waves, and shape how we show up and win in the market. This role is ideal for someone with strong competitive drive, deep curiosity, and a passion for mastering the art and science of complex SaaS sales.

We’re looking for the right person to join our team, and we want to set you up to ride the wave successfully from day one. To support a strong onboarding experience, you’ll spend your first two months working in office getting immersed in our rhythms, collaborating closely with the team, and building the foundation you need to thrive.
After that, this role offers flexibility:
- Remote option for those outside the region
- Hybrid option if you’re in the Kitchener/Waterloo area and want to enjoy our amazing space at Catalyst Commons

How Will You Make an Impact:- Generate, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in a complex SaaS environment
- Use data-driven prospecting techniques (“the Science”) to consistently create healthy pipeline
- Guide prospects through a structured evaluation journey (“the Transition & Curation”)
- Build trust, rapport, and long‑term relationships that lead to successful closing (“the Artform”)
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy
- Maintain accurate, disciplined activity and organization in Hub Spot or Salesforce
- Hit weekly production and performance metrics—your steady wave count
- Seek continuous feedback, coaching, and opportunities to level up your craft
- 1–5 years in SaaS or solution‑selling roles (SDR, BDR, AE, AM)
- Exposure to complex sales cycles and multi‑stakeholder buying processes
- Familiarity with tools like Zoom Info, Linked In Sales Navigator, Hub Spot, or Salesforce
- Proven ability to thrive in a metric‑driven, high‑velocity environment
- French is an asset but not required to catch this wave.
- Ability to balance structure, process, and authentic human connection throughout the sales cycle
- Strong communication skills that build trust, create momentum, and move prospects forward
- Rigorous organization, attention to detail, and disciplined CRM habits
- Competitive spirit with the resilience to bounce back when the waves get rough
- Curiosity and drive to continually master the evolving craft of SaaS sales
- Comfort navigating ambiguity while helping build and refine processes as we scale
- Openness to giving and receiving feedback in support of continuous growth
- Strong presence and customer‑facing confidence, with polished presentation and professionalism
- Entrepreneurial drive to experiment, iterate, and help shape our GTM engine
