NTN Bearing Corporation, a world-class manufacturer of bearings and related products, is looking for an experienced Territory Manager to support the continued growth of our Industrial Aftermarket Program
. This role is based in the New England region
, with responsibilities spanning Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island
, and the greater New York City area
.
As a key contributor to our Industrial Aftermarket team, you will be responsible for driving sales and supporting the distribution of NTN products and services across a diverse range of end users and distributors in key market segments including Metals, Mining, Pulp & Paper, Food & Beverage, Machine Tool, Oil & Gas, Agriculture, and Electric Motors
.
- Manage and grow sales of NTN products and services within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Conduct regular sales calls and build strong relationships with end users, with a focus on pulling demand through our distributor network.
- Support and manage distributor accounts to promote and maintain inventory of NTN products.
- Provide product training, marketing support, and direct sales assistance to both distributors and end users.
- Serve as a technical resource, supporting customer needs in maintenance, engineering, and purchasing.
- Associate degree required; bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power Transmission Sales or Industrial Distribution
. - Proven mechanical aptitude and strong understanding of industrial applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively engage with customers through technical and commercial functions.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage complex sales cycles.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
