Position: Sales Executive Partner, Small Law

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Promote and sell Westlaw, Practical Law, and CoCounsel products to small law firms through outbound calls
  • Manage inbound leads and prospect for new business opportunities while applying consultative sales techniques
  • Achieve and exceed sales and telephone activity goals through effective negotiations
  • Demonstrate online products during pre‑sales calls using web‑based tools
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales orders, and customer profiles in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas
  • Experience in a prospecting or cold calling environment
  • Strong sales process and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in pipeline management within a CRM environment, preferably
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation and accurate forecasting abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • College degree in business, sales, or a related field
  • Experience in a technology or legal industry sales environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to change
