Mid-Market Sales Development Representative – Boston

We’re hiring a Mid-Market Sales Development Representative to fuel our next stage of growth in the US market.

About Yuma AI

Yuma is building a next-generation orchestration platform that deploys autonomous AI agents dedicated to customer support in e-commerce. We already support 150+ paying merchants and help automate up to 80% of their customer tickets.

Base Pay Range

$75,000 – $90,000 per year

What You’ll Do
  • Generate new business opportunities through thoughtful, personalized outbound outreach (cold calls, targeted email, Linked In, video, voice notes)
  • Conduct deep account research using Apollo, Hub Spot, Linked In, Lusha, Clay, and other modern tools
  • Identify and connect with senior decision-makers such as Heads of CX, Heads of Support, COOs, CDOs, and CEOs
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to build territory strategy and book high-quality discovery meetings
  • Master Yuma’s platform and the CX automation space to speak confidently about real merchant challenges
  • Experiment, test, and iterate on outbound tactics to continuously improve performance
  • Actively shape and reinvent Yuma’s outbound GTM playbook, bringing new ideas and improving messaging, sequencing, targeting, and channel mix
What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ months SDR or BDR experience in an outbound-focused role
  • Professional-level English fluency; excellent written and spoken communication
  • Strong communication skills; concise, compelling outreach and confident conversations with senior leaders
  • SaaS experience or familiarity with modern sales tools such as Apollo, Hub Spot, Clay
  • High drive, grit, and a self-starting attitude
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Coachability; actively seek feedback and implement quickly
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding activity and meeting-booking metrics
  • Positive attitude and team player – bring energy, curiosity, resilience
Compensation

OTE $75,000 – $90,000 a year (uncapped), + equity
