Rare opportunity to join a boutique three person advisory of standard setting real estate professionals in our private Seaport office. With over $200M in residential real estate transactions, you will join a well established, collaborative team with best in class systems, training, and branding.
In this role, you will assist the team with buyer showings, open houses, vendor appointments, listing preparation, and daily lead generation activities. You will receive leads, coaching, and training. Excellent opportunity to learn about the luxury residential market, multi-family investments, new construction projects, and the developer process while building your personal brand. Successful candidate will make $150K+ in the first year.
This is a commission based role.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support team on 10-20 luxury listings (commission paid from team deals)
- Receive and/or generate 10-15 monthly buyer/seller leads
- Attend daily huddles and weekly trainings
- Participate in weekly call, script, and appointment practice
- Actively work with owner to build prospect pipeline and manage your database of prospects
- Follow-up with clients/leads in a timely and professional manner
- Study weekly market trends and update clients/prospects of shifts in the market
- Attend weekly showings, open houses, and client consultations
- Negotiate offers, home inspection, purchase/sale agreements
- Utilize our best-in-class technology and systems to follow up and set appointments
- Assist team marketing efforts including print/social media and new initiative rollout
- Assist in improving our training policies and procedures
- Identify and communicate process improvement and system enhancements
- Facilitate the showing and leasing of rental listings
- Support special projects as needed

Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales or sales-related experience with proven track record of success
- B.A / B.S degree or equivalent
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable making calls and communicating directly with clients on a daily basis
- Excellent communicator with attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
- Problem-solver mentality with ability to deliver timely, high-quality results
- Must own a car, computer, cell phone and maintain a neat/professional appearance
- 40 hours/week split between Seaport office and Virtual;
Rotating weekend hours required - Must hold active Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License
