Responsibilities
  • Achieve Sales and Margin Goals
    :
    Strive to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly & annual targets and earn uncapped commissions.
  • Master the Norfolk Design & Sales Process
    :
    Ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
  • Design, Estimate & Measure Projects
    :
    Create customized designs and use precise measurement skills.
  • Cultivate Lasting Relationships
    :
    Build and nurture enduring relationships with homeowners and builders.
  • Collaborate with the Team
    :
    Work closely with showroom, delivery, construction and customer‑service teams.
  • Attend Training and Events
    :
    Stay informed on the latest design trends and industry changes.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to build connections with customers and close sales.
  • 4+ years of relationship‑based sales, preferably in kitchen & bath design.
  • Extensive knowledge of kitchen cabinet design, product offerings and vendor relationships.
  • Track record of meeting sales goals and contributing to team success.
  • Proficiency in 20/20 design software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and project‑management ability.
  • Experience with Hub Spot or another CRM platform.
  • Strong aptitude for calculations (measurements, gross profit).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; comfortable with shared folder setup.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including rotating weekends.

Work Environment Expectations
  • Valid driver’s license required for customer site visits.
  • Ability to perform physical job tasks such as field measurements and site walks.
  • Strong English reading, writing, and speaking; bilingual a plus.
  • Comfortable sitting and working with PC tasks for extended periods.
  • Comfortable navigating around construction machinery and other hazards if necessary.
