- Proven ability to build connections with customers and close sales.
- 4+ years of relationship‑based sales, preferably in kitchen & bath design.
- Extensive knowledge of kitchen cabinet design, product offerings and vendor relationships.
- Track record of meeting sales goals and contributing to team success.
- Proficiency in 20/20 design software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and project‑management ability.
- Experience with Hub Spot or another CRM platform.
- Strong aptitude for calculations (measurements, gross profit).
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; comfortable with shared folder setup.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including rotating weekends.
