Your Role at BaxterAs a Rental Sales Associate, you showcase Baxter’s portfolio of products and build trust with healthcare professionals. You serve as the primary contact for doctors and nurses, providing product in-service training and ensuring educational programs meet corporate and customer goals.
What You’ll Be Doing- Work directly with the sales team and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in delivery and implementation planning activities (customer meetings, conference calls, Web Ex training, etc.).
- Use Salesforce to drive new sales opportunities and maintain existing business.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas assigned by the corporation.
- Generate leads, conduct negotiations, and finalize sales.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Ability to travel 75% (may include weekends).
- Outstanding communication and public-speaking skills.
- High level of motivation, drive, curiosity, resilience, dedication, and integrity.
- Ability to implement strategy plans and complete tasks.
- Effective time-management skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills;
Salesforce knowledge a plus.

The estimated base pay range is $60,000 to $65,000 annually, with additional incentive compensation for meeting or exceeding quotas. Pay may vary by location, skills, experience, and other factors.
