Your role in our Mission

As a Sales Development Rep (SDR), you’ll be responsible for generating qualified pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective employers who are looking to enhance their employee benefits offering, improve sustainability initiatives, and reduce administrative complexity. You’ll partner closely with the Benefits Sr. Account Executive, marketing, and broker/channel partners to convert leads into high‑quality meetings and opportunities that drive measurable revenue impact.

of Your Responsibilities & Core Duties will include:
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of our products, the competitive landscape and the HR, Comp & Benefits, and Total Rewards industries.
  • Work closely with the Sr. Account Executive of Benefits to build territory and industry‑specific outreach, so you can secure meetings for your prospect with who will continue the conversation and develop the relationship further.
  • Develop creative outreach and execute daily outbound prospecting activity through phone, email, and Linked In to HR, Total Rewards, and Benefits leaders across target markets.
  • Conduct account research to personalise outreach, perform high‑level needs analyses during a qualification call to uncover the prospects’ challenges, and articulate how Edenred’s Commuter Benefits solutions solve them.
  • Nurture external relationships, to build a strong pipeline of new leads and keep high levels of engagement with prospect.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking, contact and account records in Salesforce, and utilising Hub Spot to organise daily tasks, sequences, and more to support your function.
  • Assist in developing the Reward Gateway‑Edenred brand in the US (including social selling).
  • Attend networking events and planned conferences to drive business development and achieve external networking alongside the Benefits Sr. Account Executive and our marketing team.
The Experience and Key Skills you will have:
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B Sales Development, Business Development, or Demand Generation (experience in HR Tech, SaaS, or Benefits strongly preferred).
  • Experience of building and executing multi‑step and multi‑touch prospecting sequences within email and a sales enablement platform (Hub Spot experience preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to HR, Comp & Benefits, and Total Rewards decision‑makers.
  • High levels of attention to detail with strong time management, organisational, and research skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
  • A proactive, curious and positive mindset—comfortable testing new approaches and continuously improving.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hub Spot (or other cadence tool), Microsoft Suite, Zoom Info and Linked In Sales Navigator preferred.
The Interview Process:
  • Telephone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • 1st stage online interview with member of sales team.
  • Final stage online interview with our US Sr. Director of New Business.
