As we continue our nationwide growth, we’re seeking a Boston‑based Design Consultant who blends ressalute; sales with an eye for design and a passion for exceptional service.

As a Design Consultant, you’ll meet clients in their homes for pre‑qualified appointments, collaborate with them on custom window‑treatment solutions, and guide them confidently from first conversation through installation. This is a field‑based role designed for professionals who value autonomy, relationship‑building, and results.

• No cold calling or prospecting — appointments are scheduled for you
• Strong earning potential in a design‑forward, affluent market
• W-2 employee status with benefits

• Average first‑year earnings: $110K+
• Top-skilled earn $185K–$200K+
• Approximately 2 appointments per day
• Only 2 Saturdays per month
