What

You’ll Be Brewing
  • Develop and maintain account plans for assigned on‑premise regional chains and key accounts, especially high‑volume spirits‑led accounts with little beer volume and presence. Create an annual Joint Business Plan using customer discovery and alignment techniques, and update throughout the year with programming, drink menus, and other revenue‑driving promotional activities, selling new products and distribution. Identify essential resources and manage trade spend budgets.
  • Ensure delivery of volume, profit, and share targets, owning local execution and selling into national on‑premise chains. Coordinate with the national non‑alc on‑premise team to guarantee local compliance with mandates and create local plans that augment national initiatives, including sell‑in of additional SKUs, programming, and menu features. Build and execute programming such as pop‑ups.
  • Improve the relationship and alignment of Molson Coors Beverage Company with accounts, networking across spirits brands/ambassadors, local bartender groups, and USBG to broaden reach of Fever‑Tree and other MCBC non‑alc brands.
  • Coordinate programming with management units and distributors, working with marketing resources to develop and deliver customized programming. Coordinate distributor price reporting, align supply chain resources to satisfy customer requirements, and conduct regional/store visits to monitor execution and uncover opportunities.
  • Train hotel, bar, and restaurant staff on drink trends, Fever‑Tree brand knowledge, mixability, and other MCBC NA brands. Support distributor training on cocktail creation, selling drink menus to independents, and current mixology trends.
  • Actively contribute to the culture of the non‑alc team, championing innovative mindsets and positive attitudes that transform our organization.
Key Ingredients
  • Deep knowledge of the beverage industry including spirits and strong on‑premise channel knowledge, with experience in beverage distribution.
  • At least 5 years of commercial‑based experience driving execution across partner relationships.
  • Strong understanding of mixology, cocktails, spirits brands, current drink menu trends, and high‑end dining.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and stakeholders.
