The Beauty Advisor provides personalized customer service and drives sales for the La Prairie beauty line. The role builds customer relationships, offers product and treatment consultations, and maintains a welcoming counter environment.
Responsibilities- Achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
- Develop customer relationships and deliver an exceptional experience from consultation through follow-up.
- Use clienteling tools to record customer information and preferences.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-merchandised counter.
- Coordinate with the brand account executive and store team.
- At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in customer-focused cosmetics.
- Demonstrated successful sales experience and ability to exceed quotas.
- Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, organization, and ability to learn clienteling software.
