Provide personalized beauty consultations and customer service as the La Mer brand expert. Build lasting client relationships, achieve sales goals, and maintain a welcoming, well-merchandised counter.
Responsibilities- Meet individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
- Consult with customers, demonstrate products, close sales, and follow up to support an exceptional experience.
- Use clienteling tools to record customer information and preferences and grow business.
- Maintain counter presentation and collaborate with team members and the brand account executive.
- At least one year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or a customer-focused environment.
- Demonstrated sales success, including the ability to exceed quota.
- Ability to provide professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn and use online clienteling tools and software.
