This role develops and expands strategic relationships with biotechnology and pharmaceutical customers to drive business growth, maximize utilization of Life Sciences products and services, and secure new business opportunities through contract negotiation and execution. This role creates and executes account plans and sales strategies, maintains customer and pipeline data in CRM systems, monitors account performance, and drives lead conversion and revenue growth.

This role provides leadership, coaching, and development for assigned team members to ensure strong performance, capability growth, and future talent readiness. This role engages key decision-makers and strategic partners to understand customer needs, differentiate the organization's value proposition, and strengthen long-term partnerships. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals, support scientific needs, and ensure efficient product and service delivery.

• 8 years sales experience in the Life Sciences industry; cell products
• 7 years leadership experience managing direct reports
• Valid Driver's License

The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to Life Net Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.

Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
