Sales Operations Specialist | Boston, MA | Hybrid
In office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
I’m recruiting for a fast-growing B2B SaaS technology company looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join its Boston team.
This is a hands‑on Sales Ops role supporting a growing GTM organization. You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance and Legal and have ownership across deal desk, CRM, reporting, sales processes and tools
.
- 3–5 years of Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or similar experience
- Strong Hub Spot or Salesforce experience
- Pricing approvals and non-standard deal support
- Sales reporting and analytics
- Experience improving sales processes and CRM data quality
CPQ tools, Outreach/Salesloft, BI tools such as Looker or Tableau, and experience supporting both mid-market and enterprise sales teams
