City Wide Facility Solutions Boston specializes in managed facility services for commercial properties across Central and Eastern Massachusetts. We connect our clients with qualified vendors and serve as a single point of contact for all service management needs. Our Account Managers act as true partners to our clients to drive retention and foster long-term growth.

As an Account Manager
, you’ll take ownership of client relationships, work alongside a supportive team, and contribute to a company dedicated to excellence in customer service. This is primarily a field-based role (within designated territory) as you will be visiting client sites every day to ensure client satisfaction.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as the key point of contact for clients in your designated territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Conduct weekly site visits with clients
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Track client communication, issues, and opportunities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 3 years of field-based experience
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize competing demands
