• Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including the business interior and perimeter, to deter unauthorized activities.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
• Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members, site staff, and local law enforcement as required.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and activities during assigned shifts.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to employees, visitors, and customers at the location.

• Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
• Have at least one year of law enforcement experience or two years of security supervisor or manager experience or three years of security experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
