As a Field Services Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in keeping security operations running smoothly across our regional client portfolio. Reporting to the Client Service Manager, you will be the Field Services Supervisor supporting the market, spending much of your time in the field working directly with security officers, visiting client sites, addressing operational needs, and helping ensure we consistently deliver the level of service our clients expect.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field, solving problems, supporting employees, and taking ownership of day-to-day security operations across multiple locations.

• Competitive Salary: $56,160 per year
• Market: Boston, Rhode Island and Parts of Connecticut
• Schedule: Primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility required based on operational and client needs

• As Field Services Supervisor, you’ll partner closely with the Client Service Manager to support security operations across the market. Your responsibilities will include:
• Visit client locations regularly to monitor security operations, employee performance, and service quality.
• Provide day-to-day field leadership, coaching, and support to security officers assigned throughout the market.
