What You’ll Do

As a Creative Repair Specialist, you’ll be the hero turning damaged surfaces into masterpieces. From multi-family properties to residential homes, you’ll help restore surfaces as tenants move out and new ones move in. We’re hiring for full-time roles to keep up with growing demand.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

Repair and restore bathtubs, counters, floors, cabinets, and more, making them look like new.

Assess damage, recommend the best repair solutions, and use tools and materials with confidence. Collaborate with property managers and clients to understand their needs and exceed expectations. Maintain an organized work environment and keep the service vehicle neat and stocked.

What We’re Looking For

Are you handy, motivated, and love to learn? This role could be a perfect fit! Here’s what we’d like:

A keen eye for color matching and attention to detail. (Art background can help you accel)

A desire to learn how to repair bathtubs, counters, floors, and cabinets (No prior experience? No problem—we’ll train you!).

Familiarity with hand tools and an interest in mechanical or repair work.

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team with an excellent work ethic.
