We are seeking skilled and reliable Service Technicians with hands‑on experience in low‑voltage and security systems. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in their work, communicate effectively with clients, and consistently uphold a high standard of professionalism on every job site.

• Install, service, and maintain low‑voltage and security systems
• Perform onsite diagnostics and complete necessary repairs
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Ensure all work meets safety, efficiency, and quality expectations
• Maintain accurate service logs, documentation, and reports
• Travel to client locations throughout Boston and surrounding areas

• Experience as a security technician or low‑voltage systems specialist
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent customer communication and client‑facing abilities
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in all interactions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

• On‑the‑job trained security technicians encouraged to apply
• Prior experience with low‑voltage cabling, access control, CCTV/surveillance, or alarm systems preferred
