You will be responsible for start to complete projects in mid to high end residential projects in the greater Boston area. It will be 70% New construction and remodeling of single family homes . 30% tenant fit outs in commercial space

• Completing Jobs within schedule and budget
• Laying out the job and assigning duties
• Meet with Project managers to discuss job progress
• Report and work to rectify any trade conflicts with the Plans
• Knowing the contract and submitting change orders
• Scheduling and Standing Inspections

• Ordering stock and keeping job stocked
• Be able to train / teach 1 helper
• Completing project paperwork as necessary

MA Electrical Journeyman License

2023 15 hour Code update completed

Have been working in the trades for minimum 7 years

Have a clean drivers license

• Ability to read blueprints.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the NEC
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be able to work on team

• Work on ladders
• Be on your feet all day
• Periodically lift up to 50 pounds
