Reservoir is a VC backed startup based in Boston. We believe we have the fastest path to electrify every home in America and eliminate >10% of US carbon emissions with the power of water. We are looking for founding field team members who can deliver, install, and service our water heaters while simultaneously building operations and scaling our team.

• Lead installation of advanced water heaters
• Ensure installs meet Massachusetts code, are completed efficiently, and exceed all customer expectations
• Provide feedback to product and operations teams to refine installation processes
• Help recruit, train, and mentor plumbers and technicians to scale water heater installs across the Boston area.
• Develop SOPs and playbooks to ensure quality and consistency.
• Deliver professional, seamless experiences to customers and mentor your team by example

• Valid Massachusetts Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master).
• Experience installing and servicing water heaters
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and ability to troubleshoot
• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
• Leadership skills to mentor and inspire teammates
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
