Residential Construction Carpenter – Custom Homes

Full‑Time + Benefits

North Shore of the Boston area (Essex County, Greater Boston)

• Frame walls, roofs, and openings with accuracy and intention
• Cut and install plywood, trim doors and windows, and complete finish work
• Interpret drawings and elevations, turning plans into tangible results
• Uphold Covenant's safety standards on every site
• Collaborate respectfully with supervisors, coworkers, and clients
• Mentor apprentices and helpers with patience and professionalism
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and well‑organized job site

• Hands‑on experience in residential carpentry (framing through finish)
• Ability to read construction drawings and plan ahead
• Proficiency with tools, safety gear, and best practices
• Clear, respectful communication and a professional demeanor
• Reliability, humility, and a desire to keep improving
• Valid driver's license and transportation to job sites
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at height when needed

• $25 to $33 per hour, depending on experience
• Full‑time, year‑round position with consistent project flow
