Max Wax Marine is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Marine Surface Restoration Specialist to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

Perform polishing, compounding, and waxing on boats of all sizes
Work with abrasives and detailing tools to restore finishes
Travel to marinas and yacht clubs throughout Massachusetts
Learn advanced detailing and marine restoration techniques
Bottom paint

Must-Haves:

Experience with polishing, adhesives, and abrasives
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to travel for jobs
Positive attitude and ability to learn quickly

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with ceramic coatings
Experience with fiberglass and/or gelcoat repairs
Ability to drive a truck with trailer or move boats
