Greystar is seeking a Service Technician 3 to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring property facilities meet company standards for safety and functionality.
Responsibilities include completing work orders, doing make-ready tasks, inventory management, and maintaining documentation. Must hold EPA Type 1/2 or Universal certifications and a valid driver’s license; OSHA safety training is required. Expect light travel to support multiple properties.
