Your Role (The Execution)

As a Journeyman Electrician, you'll be a hands-on, trusted member of our field crew — executing residential electrical work in the greater Boston area to the highest standard, with the judgment to work independently and the reliability to be counted on every day.

What You'll Do:
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems — wiring, panels, fixtures, and devices — in new construction and remodel settings.
  • Read and work from blueprints, schematics, and job specs to execute layouts accurately.
  • Ensure every job meets NEC and Massachusetts electrical code, and stands up to inspection the first time.
  • Keep your truck stocked and organized, and communicate material needs before they become a delay.
