Building Maintenance, Carpentry
This is the hands‑on role inside our client's Property Services Division, looking after finished luxury homes across Boston and the immediate suburbs.
Our client is a high‑end residential construction management firm with more than thirty-five years building across five Northeast markets. Most builders hand over the keys and leave. This division looks after homes the firm already has a relationship with, and this is the person who turns up and puts things right.

You diagnose and troubleshoot across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, high‑end finishes, millwork, appliances and the exterior envelope. What you do not do yourself you bring in and manage, making sure third‑party vendors execute properly. You run preventative maintenance on trades and systems, and you are part of the on‑call and emergency response rota.
